WHAT IS SICURO?
Sicuro is a secure web-based document imaging and storage solution. Documents are scanned, indexed, and placed on the storage server for easy search and retrieval. Sicuro eliminates the need for filing cabinets and out-dated filing systems. Indexed documents can be organized into easily maintainable folders (such as 'invoices' or 'may expenses') allowing both advanced searches as well as document browsing. 

EASY TO USE
Sicuro is simple, intuitive and easy for everyone to use, including the system administrator. End-users will be able to search and retrieve documents within seconds using any browser. The simple on-line help feature will help users find answers quickly.

CUSTOMER DRIVEN
The reason we created a web-based document imaging system is because our customers wanted it. They wanted to access their documents and files from anywhere and also perform data entry on line. Customers also wanted the ability to create unlimited indexes and database fields, create as many directories and sub-directories as they need, set security all the way down to the page level, and interface with other database engines easily. Sicuro does all of this and more.

MOVING AND EXPORTING FILES AND FOLDERS
Sicuro gives you the ability to copy or move files or folders to other locations within the same database or copy them to another database on the server. You can copy files or folders, including database information, to distant servers by using the Export Function.

Users can download files or whole folders with the database information included in a text file with tab-separated fields. Sicuro can then take that information and convert it to the database format you want. Files can be easily brought into and out of Sicuro.
